These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to enquiries and bookings made with Private Chefs Atelier. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking
Submitting an enquiry through this website, Build Your Menu, WhatsApp, email or another communication channel does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes confirmed only when Private Chefs Atelier confirms it in writing and any payment required by the applicable quotation or booking confirmation has been received.
Website and Build Your Menu pricing
The prices shown on this website, and the figures produced by Build Your Menu, provide meaningful indicative pricing based on the information and selections you have entered at that moment. They are prepared honestly and are intended to give you a realistic sense of cost before you speak to us.
They are not a final confirmed booking. A final price may depend on confirmed guest numbers, menu composition, premium ingredients, custom requests, venue requirements, access and logistics, travel, staffing, equipment, enhancements and other event-specific requirements.
Where the final price differs from an indicative figure, that variation will be communicated to you before a booking is confirmed.
Quotations and payment
Payment amounts, due dates, any deposit or advance requirement and the payment schedule are specified in the applicable quotation or booking confirmation.
Changes to the date, guest numbers, menu, scope of services or other requirements may require revised pricing.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, any associated charges or credits, and refund arrangements are governed by the applicable quotation or booking confirmation and by applicable law.
Where costs have already been committed for a specific booking and cannot reasonably be recovered, those costs may be addressed under the terms of that booking.
Guest numbers and event information
You are responsible for providing accurate adult and child guest numbers, the event date, the location, venue and access information, and your event requirements.
Changes to these may affect food quantities, staffing, equipment, logistics, availability and price.
Menus and ingredients
Our menus remain subject to ingredient quality, seasonality and availability. If an ingredient cannot reasonably be sourced at the standard the Atelier requires, we may propose an appropriate substitution in consultation with you.
Allergies and dietary requirements
You must tell us about all known allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements before your booking is finally confirmed, and let us know promptly if anything material changes.
We take reasonable care in planning and preparing for disclosed requirements. We do not guarantee a completely allergen-free environment unless that has been expressly confirmed in writing for your particular booking.
If the information concerns another guest, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it to us for the purpose of planning the event.
Venue and access
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the venue, access arrangements, kitchen and facilities where relevant, and any restrictions, permissions or logistical limitations that apply.
Any obligations specific to your event may be set out in the applicable quotation or booking confirmation.
Specialist suppliers
Some elements of an event may involve specialist suppliers coordinated by Private Chefs Atelier where appropriate — for example rentals, additional staffing, decor and styling, photography, equipment, or specialist ingredients and suppliers. The applicable quotation defines what is included in your booking.
Service issues and circumstances beyond reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances genuinely beyond its reasonable control. Where such circumstances arise we will contact you promptly and work with you on a reasonable alternative.
If you believe a confirmed service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us promptly so that the matter can be reviewed under the terms of your booking and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Private Chefs Atelier brand, this website, our menu documents, written content, photography, design and other proprietary material belong to Private Atelier Events L.L.C or its licensors, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
We do not acquire any right to publish photography of your private event. Any use of images from a booking would be agreed with you separately and in writing.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. They do not purport to waive any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
