The most exclusive private dining experience in the world. A completely bespoke ten-course commission for two, conceived from a blank page and created around one couple, one occasion and one place in the world.

We create twelve each year.
Only twelve are accepted each year. Not because the experience is limited by a calendar, but because every commission requires months of creative development, private sourcing, tastings, rehearsal and production. The Atelier builds the entire evening around two people, then travels to wherever it is meant to happen — a residence in Dubai, a villa on Lake Como, a penthouse in London or a yacht anywhere in the world.
The evening
In nine movements.
The invitation
It begins privately, with the two people rather than the menu. The occasion, the place, the memories, preferences and details that matter are translated into a completely original evening. Nothing is selected from an existing package.
The arrival
Before either guest arrives, the residence and the table are already prepared and your butler for the evening is in position. From that moment, nothing is asked of either of you.
The table
Twenty-four-carat gold-plated cutlery, hand-blown crystal, linen, florals and lighting are composed as one table setting, created specifically for the commission and for no other evening.
The ten courses
Ten courses are created from a blank page for the two guests alone. Each course is developed, tested and refined before the evening, with the Atelier specialist best suited to its execution and ingredients sourced specifically for the commission.
The pairing
Rare and exceptional wines are selected around the finished menu rather than added afterwards, reserved for the evening and served throughout by your dedicated sommelier.
The service
A dedicated butler and a dedicated sommelier, for two guests. This is private-house service rather than restaurant service: paced around the conversation, present at the moment it is needed and otherwise unnoticed.
The gold details
Your menu is laser-engraved in twenty-four-carat gold and personalised to the commission: the ten courses as they were written, the date and the two names. It is produced for this evening alone.
The keepsakes
The keepsake plate and the engraved gold menu are made as part of the commission and remain with the two of you afterwards — the only physical record of an evening that is otherwise unrecorded.
The memory
NDAs for the entire team on site. Nothing published, nothing posted, no names. The evening belongs to the two of you.
